Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping. As it has started shipping, what you need to do is waiting for your parcel delivery then start a return.

Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of the product being purchased:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Please make sure your item is in unused condition.Will not affect secondary sales.
- We do not accept returns for waders, dirty, damaged or worn pruduct .

- Get autorization from Customer Service.
- TRACKING NUMBER is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
- After confirming the receipt of the package and checking it is correct, a refund/exchange will be made.
- Exchange will take 3-5 working days to process and ship.
Refund
The refund will be completed within 3-5 working days after receiving the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
